Director of Client Services
Vicki Murphy is the Director of Client Services for McGlinchey Stafford and Youngblood & Associates, LLP. She has worked in client services for law firms representing mortgage lenders for over 18 years. She has spent her career working with lawyers and mortgage lenders to develop operational and closing services and software to maximize lender efficiencies.
Vicki is a pioneer in the development of onsite legal document preparation and operational outsourcing for mortgage lenders across the country and has devoted much of her time to analyzing and maximizing work flows for lenders. Through this she has become familiar with many of the leading loan origination software programs and internal mortgage operational practices. Her specific focus has been on integrating technology, legal services and highly qualified mortgage personnel together to form efficient closing operations for local and national lenders.
Vicki is an active member of the MBA, NAMB, TAMB, TMBA, DMBA, DFWAMB, and APMW.
She has also served as a committee member for the TMBA Seminar Committee for the last three years, and is a current member of the Convention Committee. |
