Attorney
Bradley N. Cope is an attorney in the firm's Dallas office and focuses his practice on residential mortgage lending, including multi-state and federal compliance, loan documentation, warehouse finance, wholesale and correspondent origination channels, loan purchases and sales, and litigation and claims management.
Brad has represented the residential mortgage finance industry since 1994, acting as legal counsel to residential lenders and servicers. Prior to joining McGlinchey Stafford, Brad served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for a national mortgage lending company.
