Attorney
Gregg D. Stevens is a member in our Dallas office practicing in the financial services industry and concentrating in the areas of Consumer Finance Litigation, Tax Controversy and Banking Law. Prior to joining McGlinchey Stafford, Gregg was Senior Counsel at Bank One Corporation for five years and worked in the Southwest Trial Section of the United State’s Justice Department Tax Division for eight years.
Gregg has first chaired several trials with the US DOJ and was the responsible attorney in matters that have led to numerous published decisions. He has managed litigation for Bank One with an emphasis on Fair Credit Reporting Act Litigation and has also handled appeals in front of the Fifth and Ninth Circuits. Gregg also taught as an Adjunct Professor of legal writing and lawyering at the Southern Methodist University School of Law from 1996 to 2001.
