Attorney
David J. Pederson is an attorney in the firm’s Dallas office and focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial and residential mortgage lending, including multistate and federal compliance, licensing, loan documentation and servicing.
Prior to joining McGlinchey Stafford, David was Senior Counsel with Bank One Corporation in Dallas from 2001 to 2004; prior to 2001, David worked as in-house counsel for various other financial services companies in Dallas, including CTX Mortgage Corporation, FIRSTPLUS Financial Group, Inc., NationsBank Corporation and Associates Corporation.
David has focused on multistate residential and commercial mortgage lending, including conventional, subprime, home equity, home improvement, manufactured housing and high loan-to-value lending for the last 21 years.
